Designed by Waterford Architect, John Roberts and opened in 1785. Utilised as a Hospital until 1895 until it was adapted and altered for use as an Infirmary. It operated as the County & City Infirmary until 1987. It then lay vacant until it was developed into a luxury Residential apartment development in 2003.
